HOW TO MANIFEST 'HEALING' & ATTRACT OTHER GOOD STUFF IN YOUR LIFE

Plan of Action

1. COMMIT DAILY TO A STATEMENT OF INTENT

Write the below on a piece of paper & read it everyday

'I am enough, I am worthy. I have the ability to heal myself & I look forward to it. I am grateful for this experience & trust and believe that I will get better very soon'

2. DO A MANIFESTING RITUAL …or if like me, you prefer to call it 'TIME TO FOCUS ON YOUR HEALING’

On days when you have the time, if you've got the energy & feeling open to some more spiritual 'hippy dippy' stuff....then do a 'manifesting ritual' (of for those thinking that this stuff is a load of cobblers & mumbo jumbo...then let's just call it 'time to focus positively on our healing')

Step 1:

Write a list of the top 5 things that you’re looking forward to doing/going or being able to do (when you're better). Number the list in terms of priority as you see it today, then…

Step 2:

Get some stuff together. You’ll need plenty of loose note paper, an envelope, a good working pen & about 30 to 40 minutes to spare, preferably 5 days in a row!....Woah… I know, all this focusing / manifesting malarkey can be so time consuming….

Step 3:

Prepare your environment. Sit in a comfy cosy safe place (If you can be arsed…then think of burning your favourite scented candles or some essential oils, putting on some ‘nature’ sounds or relaxing music ….but it really doesn’t matter as long as it’s quiet & you won’t be disturbed)

Step 4:

Drink a glass of water. Get comfy. Breathe deeply a couple of times

Step 5:

Write your personal statement as if you've already got better (or received whatever your're wishing for) on the letter pad or note paper

I AM AMAZED AT MY ABILITY TO …..heal myself

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO BE/HAVE …..healed

NOW I AM …..better / NOW I HAVE (received my intention)……..I'M REALLY ENJOYING ……doing/ going/ being able to (insert number 1 priority from your list)

I LOVE CELEBRATING ……..my recovery

Rewrite your statement 55 times…..that’s right 55 times AND; preferably 5 days in a row (seriously if you can’t cope with this then write out minimum 11 times & do for at least 3 days)

(Side note: Your statement should be written as if you have already received your heart's desire. As you’re writing try to imagine how you're feeling, what emotions are coursing through you & all the finer details of what your life is like now that you've achieved it)

Step 6:

Pop the sheets into an envelope after each session

After the 5 days are up (& if you're not suffering from RSI or writers cramp ;0) then stuff & seal all the sheets in the envelope. If you want; you can self-address it & post it so it comes back to you….or you can burn it (my personal favourite) ….the main idea here is to mimic some kind of 'feeling' within you that your request is being released out into the world or universe….You’re done….now wait for the magic

Step 7:

Redo the whole positive focusing session / manifesting ritual with another item on your list above

 

DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE LAW OF ATTRACTION?

Recently I discovered my notes I wrote up for a 'manifesting' course which I took ages ago

I’d already done the 'ritual' above in an attempt to kick start my recovery & reduce my symptoms of fatigue. Apart from the severe writer's cramp, I felt that .....

....'the writing sessions were great. It gave me the TIME to focus more 'positively' on my healing. This was so important. When you are bombarded repeatedly with the 'no cure' vibe it was so imperative to do things that would take me away from all the doom mongering negativity'. It encouraged me to believe in the possibility that a miracle could & WOULD happen'

Anyway, recently I thought I’d venture wider to other aspects within my life. I started with 3 things…I imagined a spanking new car, better cash flow & new doors and opportunities to come my way

Well…. little things started to hit the fan!

My car which had until this point been pretty reliable started playing up. The battery died entirely, and the replacement went flat. The lights went kaput. The strange grinding noise turned out to be the back breaks failing….my reliable old car was becoming unsafe

Bizarrely my boot door wouldn’t open. Our rare trip to the coast meant the bags had to be packed from the inside. Just bloody annoying! There was no rhyme nor reason why it was jammed….as soon as we got back home it opened up no problem!

The bathroom door handle fell off the other day, locking Bertie inside – luckily I managed to ‘bull charge’ it. The key got jammed in the front door. I’ve had to fine tune my key turning technique ever since. Just getting in and out of the house is a challenge especially when under duress (believe me, when you have a 5 year old wee-jiggling frantically on the doorstep, this is a real problem)

It appears that doors are doing their best to remain firmly shut – a whole host of obstacles & challenges & stuff that is bugging me around the house; that needs to be ‘tolerated’ are appearing daily

OK OK so it’s just annoying little stuff, but little stuff has a tendency to spiral…..

The light circuits, the electric meter, the boiler, the washing machine, the TV…..all gone to pot recently….when you have M.E this kind of niggly little things really is totally unhelpful

& poor little Matilda. She’s grooming herself to alopecia (god only knows why) & my finances...eek...the inheritance and savings…..Almost to £0…….

This manifesting stuff does indeed seem powerful but at what cost? If you’re not doing right….is it dangerous?….It seems as if I’m on totally the wrong axis….the more I widen my focus on some brand new sparkly thing, my existing life is stalling or flipping out

Anyway, yesterday I decided to re-read my manifesting course notes……

It will appear that you are failing at manifesting what you desire. You have to go beyond this apparent failure. Never give up. It’s not a no from the universe; it’s just about divine timing and getting you ready for success’

Phew….so maybe I’ll just need to stick with it for a while longer….I’ll keep you updated on how I get on….

In any event, I really do believe that it can help to spend some time focusing your mind on your healthy healing path. The ‘Time to Focus’ session as I prefer to call it …. really helped pave the way to feeling a bit better as far as my fatigue was concerned & I really hope it does for you too…..

- Whatever you THINK or FEEL manifests – your vibration needs to be focused on one thing only at any one time

- When thinking of what you would like you need to really THINK & FEEL the emotion attached to receiving & imagine that you’ve already received it

- You get back what you put in – so if you put your all in to this manifesting malarkey you’ll get more out of it

- You need to be clear on what you want to manifest, you need to feel worthy & open to receiving and accepting the outcome before you begin

- You need to listen to your intuition

- Say thank you for everything that turns up in your day

- Vision boards can help you also get into the right frequency. We start to focus on the things we desire rather than what we don’t

- Unless you’re living somewhere with no TV, internet, social media, billboards or advertisements your mind is most definitely being bombarded by something or someone else’s agenda. So it’s important that the ratio of sensory bombardment is what YOU actually want & not of what others want for yourself. Ask yourself ‘Is what I’m attempting to manifest’ one of MY true desires, & not what I think I should have because of others around me

- Try & spot all that is abundant in the world & you’ll notice that abundance is all around

 

So the main takeaways from today’s post

Don't focus on your lack of health as you may well get more of what you don't want. Focus on all the things you're going to do when you're back fit & healthy

Trust your instinct. If it feels right for you then go with the flow

Always be grateful for what you have right now. I know it's easier said than done when you feel like crap, but really, really look at all the good things around you right now

Shit often (& indeed needs) to hit the fan before it gets any better. Expect to jump over obstacles & challenges on your road to recovery & you'll do just fine. If you're healing doesn't seem to be going the way you expect, then just hang on in there....

Remember, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP...You've so got this....

….before you know it, not only will you be back to your former self, you’ll be manifesting a whole load of other good stuff to your life
